He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1895 to 1899; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1893 to 1895; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1891 to 1893; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1889 to 1891.
