He was previously the representative for Illinois’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Illinois’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; the representative for Illinois’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; the representative for Illinois’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1907 to 1915; and the representative for Illinois’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907.
