Reilly was the representative for Wisconsin’s 6th congressional district and was a Democrat. He served from 1931 to 1938.
He was previously the representative for Wisconsin’s 6th congressional district as a Democrat from 1929 to 1931; the representative for Wisconsin’s 6th congressional district as a Democrat from 1915 to 1917; and the representative for Wisconsin’s 6th congressional district as a Democrat from 1913 to 1915.
