He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 27th congressional district as a Republican from 1927 to 1931; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 27th congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Pennsylvania’s 27th congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 27th congressional district as a Republican from 1917 to 1923.
