Nutting was the representative for New York’s 27th congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1889 to 1891.
He was previously the representative for New York’s 27th congressional district as a Republican from 1887 to 1889; and the representative for New York’s 24th congressional district as a Republican from 1883 to 1885.
