He was previously the representative for Ohio’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1927 to 1931; the representative for Ohio’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Ohio’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925; the representative for Ohio’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; the representative for Ohio’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1907 to 1913; the representative for Ohio’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907; and the representative for Ohio’s 1st congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905.
