Kvale was the representative for Minnesota’s 7th congressional district and was a Farmer-Labor. He served from 1935 to 1938.
He was previously the representative for Minnesota’s at-large district as a Farmer-Labor from 1933 to 1934; the representative for Minnesota’s 7th congressional district as a Farmer-Labor from 1931 to 1933; and the representative for Minnesota’s 7th congressional district as a Farmer-Labor from 1929 to 1931.
