McCormick was the representative for New York’s 1st congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1895 to 1897.
He was previously the representative for Arizona’s at-large district as an Unionist from 1873 to 1875; and the representative for Arizona’s at-large district as an Unionist from 1869 to 1873.
