Allen was the representative for Virginia’s 17th congressional district and was a Jackson. He served from 1831 to 1833.
He was previously the representative for Virginia’s 17th congressional district as a Jackson from 1829 to 1831; and the representative for Virginia’s 17th congressional district as a Jackson from 1827 to 1829.
