Crump was the representative for Michigan’s 10th congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1901 to 1903.
He was previously the representative for Michigan’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901; and the representative for Michigan’s 10th congressional district as a Republican from 1895 to 1899.
