He was previously the representative for Texas’s 2nd congressional district as a Democrat from 1903 to 1905; the representative for Texas’s 2nd congressional district as a Democrat from 1901 to 1903; the representative for Texas’s 2nd congressional district as a Democrat from 1899 to 1901; the representative for Texas’s 2nd congressional district as a Democrat from 1895 to 1899; and the representative for Texas’s 2nd congressional district as a Democrat from 1893 to 1895.
