Livermore was a senator from New Hampshire and was a Federalist. He served from 1799 to 1801.
He was previously a senator from New Hampshire as a Federalist from 1793 to 1799; the representative for New Hampshire as a Federalist from 1791 to 1793; and the representative for New Hampshire as a Federalist from 1789 to 1791.
