He was previously the representative for Missouri’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1927 to 1929; the representative for Missouri’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1925 to 1927; the representative for Missouri’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1923 to 1925; and the representative for Missouri’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1919 to 1921.
