He was previously the representative for Maine’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1893 to 1895; the representative for Maine’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1891 to 1893; the representative for Maine’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1889 to 1891; the representative for Maine’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1887 to 1889; the representative for Maine’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1885 to 1887; and the representative for Maine as a Republican from 1883 to 1885.
