Former Senator for New York

Wright was a senator from New York and was a Democrat. He served from 1843 to 1845.

He was previously a senator from New York as a Democrat from 1837 to 1843; a senator from New York as a Jackson from 1833 to 1837; the representative for New York as a Jacksonian from 1831 to 1833; and the representative for New York’s 20th congressional district as a Jackson from 1827 to 1829.
