He was previously the representative for New York’s 19th congressional district as a Democrat from 1931 to 1944; the representative for New York’s 19th congressional district as a Democrat from 1927 to 1931; the representative for New York’s 19th congressional district as a Democrat from 1925 to 1927; and the representative for New York’s 19th congressional district as a Democrat from 1923 to 1925.
