Cochran was the representative for Pennsylvania’s 20th congressional district and was a Republican. He served from 1933 to 1934.
He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 28th congressional district as a Republican from 1931 to 1933; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 28th congressional district as a Republican from 1927 to 1931.
