He was previously the representative for North Dakota’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1927 to 1931; the representative for North Dakota’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1925 to 1927; and the representative for North Dakota’s 2nd congressional district as a Republican from 1923 to 1925.
