He was previously the representative for Michigan’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907; the representative for Michigan’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; the representative for Michigan’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1901 to 1903; and the representative for Michigan’s 3rd congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901.
