He was previously the representative for Texas’s 11th congressional district as a Democrat from 1893 to 1895; the representative for Texas’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1891 to 1893; the representative for Texas’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1889 to 1891; the representative for Texas’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1887 to 1889; and the representative for Texas’s 7th congressional district as a Democrat from 1885 to 1887.
