He was previously the representative for Massachusetts’s 15th congressional district as a Republican from 1915 to 1923; the representative for Massachusetts’s 15th congressional district as a Republican from 1913 to 1915; the representative for Massachusetts’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1907 to 1913; the representative for Massachusetts’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1905 to 1907; the representative for Massachusetts’s 14th congressional district as a Republican from 1903 to 1905; the representative for Massachusetts’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1901 to 1903; the representative for Massachusetts’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1899 to 1901; and the representative for Massachusetts’s 13th congressional district as a Republican from 1897 to 1899.
