Ramsey was the representative for Pennsylvania and was a Jacksonian. He served from 1831 to 1833.
He was previously the representative for Pennsylvania’s 11th congressional district as a Jackson from 1829 to 1831; and the representative for Pennsylvania’s 11th congressional district as a Jackson from 1827 to 1829.
