TO AGREE TO REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE, ON S. J. RES. 16- (42 STAT. 105, 7/2/1921), REPEALING THE JOINT RESOLUTION OF APRIL 6, 1917, DECLARING A STATE OF WAR TO EXIST BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND GERMANY, AND THE JOINT RESOLUTION OF OCTOBER 7, 1917, DECLARING A STATE OF WAR TO EXIST BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND THE IMPERIAL AND ROYAL AUSTRO-HUNGAR- IAN GOVERNMENT, PROVIDING FURTHER THAT UNTIL A SUITABLE AD- JUSTMENT HAS BEEN MADE OF THE CLAIMS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS AGAINST GERMANY AND AUSTRO-HUNGARY, THE PROPERTY IN THE LANDS OF THE ALIEN PROPERTY CUSTODIAN SHALL BE HELD UNTIL CONGRESS SHALL DISPOSE OF IT.
