TO AGREE TO H.RES. 46, TO AMEND THE CODE FOF OFFICIAL CONDUCT OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, TO PROVIDE THAT HOUSE MEMBERS CONVICTED OF A CRIME FOR WHICH A 2-YEAR SENTENCE MAY BE IMPOSED SHOULD REFRAIN FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE BUSINESS OF THEIR COMMITTEES OR FROM VOTING IN THE HOUSE.
