TO AMEND H.R. 12935 BY PROVIDING THAT NONE OF THE FUNDS CONTAINED IN THIS BILL MAY BE USED TO PURCHASE NEW COLOR TELEVISION CAMERAS OR RELATED EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO BROADCAST HOUSE PROCEEDINGS, WITHOUT THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE HOUSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF H.
